To reach our support team:

1- Login to your account here https://oxerv.com/user/clientarea.php.
2- Click "Open New Ticket".
3- Choose "Support".
4- Make sure you select the "Related Service" from the dropdown menu.
5- You can use "Attachments" to attach only ".jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png" files from your computer.
6- Once you click "Submit" a ticket will be opened, and you will receive an email with the ticket number.
7- Allow our support team from 1 to 12 hours to get a reply as we will reply as soon as possible.
8- After closing the ticket we would be so happy to get a feedback using the link we will send.

If it's easier to you to use your email to contact our support team, you can do that:

1- Use the email you are registered with.
2- Send it to support@oxerv.com.
3- Explain your question in details.
4- Once you send your email a ticket will be opened.
5- Allow our support team from 1 to 12 hours to get a reply as we will reply as soon as possible.
6- You can use your ticket number later if you want to ask about the same question/problem.
7- After closing the ticket we would be so happy to get a feedback using the link we will send.
